How to request deletion

1. Email support@apexchat.club.
2. Use the subject “ApexChat Account Deletion”.
3. Include your full name, the email address or username used in ApexChat, and a clear request to delete your ApexChat account and associated personal data.

What gets deleted

After verification, we will delete or anonymize the ApexChat account and personal information associated with it. This may include profile information, authentication information, user preferences, device notification tokens, and user-linked chat data, subject to the retention requirements below.

What may be retained

Limited information may be retained where required by law, contractual or employment record requirements, fraud and abuse prevention, dispute resolution, security, or backup integrity. Information retained for these purposes is restricted and kept only for as long as necessary. Messages involving other users may be retained or anonymized where required to preserve their conversation records.

Processing time

Verified deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days. We will contact you if verification or a legal retention requirement affects the request.
